Hello Everyone, my name is Anika and originally I am from India. I would like to share my experience with International Experience Club and spousal sponsorship application to Canada Immigration. Initially, I have been studying in Indian University and in the 3rd year of education, decided to transfer my education to Canadian University. One of my main goas was to get education and international experience in Canada. During my study I visited my relatives, friends, family and keep my relations with my boyfriend. As soon as I graduated from my University and decided to stay in Canada longer and used service of International Experience Club in order to apply for Post-Graduate Work permit. I found this company in Instagram and check some references from other people, who already used their service. I really appreciate their open minded and honest approach. As soon as I got approval for my work permit I found a job and started work in one of the famous banks in Canada as account manager. I was happy to do this job and improved my professional and customer service knowledge. After 2 years of working in Canada, I scheduled a consultation with IEC Immigration again and got pretty clear immigration plan for my situation. Indeed, I was eligible for Canadian Experience Class Immigration and and got my permanent residency in 7 month with partial help of International Experience Club.
As soon as I got my permanent residency , I decided to come back to home country in order to celebrate with my family and visit my boyfriend of course. I spent around 1-2 month in my native country and my boyfriend offered me to get married and stay in India. It was not easy decision for me, as I spent to much time in Canada and already used to live there. However, I accepted his offer, however offered him to come to Canada with me in future, as family is the most important thing in this world as per my perception. After my wedding, I came back to Canada in order to continue my work and career and was thinking how to bring my husband to Canada. After 3-4 month of my returning to Canada, my husband got a job offer in IT company in Canada and question about moving back to Canada raise immediately for my husband in order finally live together most of our time. The problem, that he did not want to study or temporary work in Canada as being on a temporary status was not an option for my husband for a long time. After that job offer for my husband, we decided to contact International Experience Club and explain our situation. It was surprise , that I may help my husband with work permit and permanent residency to Canada as he may be eligible for spousal sponsorship. Indeed, this immigration program allows reunification of family member. As per spousal sponsorship, I could sponsor my husband to become permanent resident in Canada, same as my status at that moment. It took for us around 15 month to gather all documents, apply for spousal sponsorship program and got decision. Initially, we were thinking that we can apply by ourselves after getting consultation from International Experience Club. However, as soon as we see how many documents and tricky questions we have to manage, we decided to retain immigration consultant from International Experience Club in order to fully process spousal sponsorship application to Canada. We started to gather and prepare documents and it was interesting to know, that the main document, which makes our couple initially be eligible for this immigration program is our marriage license. However, our full application package included around 70 pages, where 20 of them were our photos from marriage ceremony and mutual cohabitation. Also, we prepared some embassy application forms together with work permit application in order my husband can travel to Canada together and join myself, start his job and meanwhile wait his permanent residency already in Canada. Moreover, we submitted reference letters from our parents and friends, proof of text messages , my tax reports from Canada, proof of Canadian income ,mutual transactions, together bills and receipts, etc. As we already understood , one of the main goal of successful spousal sponsorship application is to prove that your relations are trustworthy and real. Indeed, this immigration program is dedicated to make Canada as a family country and create more families by promoting and offering future and current immigration spousal sponsorship immigration program. After 4 month after submission the application, my husband got approval for his work permit and arrived to Canada and started living with me. He was happy to continue his IT career in Canada and also got a chance to become a permanent residency though spousal sponsorship application. After happy mutual life in Canada, my husband finally got approved to become a permanent resident in Canada. We got amazing experience with International Experience Club’s team, Canada Immigration System and spousal sponsorship process. Currently, we became Citizens and even sponsored our parents to Canada and brought some of our friends to Canada as well. I wish all married couples and fresh common-law partners think about spousal sponsorship program in order to save their relations and become a successful family in Canada.”
