Saint Paul is the Catholic Pontifical school that was established in 1848 by Bishop Joseph-Eugene Guigues. It is one of the oldest public institutions in Canada. Admission Requirements

Saint Paul has two intakes for international students. If you want to start your study in September, you should submit your application by April 1. If you want to start your study in January, the application deadline is September 1.

  1. You need to choose the study program you like at Saint Paul University and meet the requirements for international students.

If you want to study the undergraduate program, you must have a diploma equivalent to an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). To apply for a graduate diploma or a master’s degree at Saint Paul University, you must have an Honours B.A. or equivalent and an average score of at least 70% (B). If you want to pursue the doctoral study program at Saint Paul University, you must have a master’s degree (with thesis or dissertation) and an average score of at least 75% (B+).

  1. You need to collect the required documents.

You should submit your official transcripts, the English (French) language proficiency test score, and the other documents required for the chosen program. Your school must send transcripts directly to Saint Paul University. However, you need to submit the certified translation of your transcripts if they are not in English or French.

Since Saint Paul University is a bilingual institution, you can choose the medium of instruction or study in both languages. Nevertheless, international students at Saint Paul University ought to pass a recognized language proficiency test. If you want to study in French, you must take DELF or DALF. If you want to study in English, you need to pass IELTS, TOEFL, MELAB, CAEL, CPE or PTE Academic.
