4. The citizens of Saudi Arabia ought to pass the recognized English or French Language Proficiency Test and meet at least CLB Level 5 in speaking and listening and CLB Level 4 for reading and writing.
5. The applicants should show that they have enough funds for immigration to Canada unless they have a valid offer of employment or legally work in the country.
