Young citizens of Egypt can opt for study immigration to Canada. First, they need to pursue at least a two-year study program at a Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI). Second, they should apply for the post-graduation work permit (PGWP) when they obtain their diploma or degree. PGWP allows graduates from Egypt to live and work in Canada for up to three years.

The third step is to apply for immigration to Canada under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Students from Egypt who want to apply for CEC are required to get at least a year of skilled work experience within the Skill Type 0, A, or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) and have a job under one of the mentioned categories. If international students apply for immigration to Canada under the PNP, they need to obtain a job offer under the NOC Skill Type 0, A, or B and have a year of work experience under the mentioned categories.

Work Immigration to Canada from Egypt

Work immigration to Canada is the second effective option for the residents of Egypt. Foreign residents can use the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) or International Mobility Program (IMP). Citizens of Egypt who get at least a year of work experience under the IMP or TFWP can apply for immigration to Canada under the PNP or CEC.

TFWP aims to help Canadian employers to fill labour shortages in the country. Then, they have to get a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). This confirmation letter proves that local professionals cannot fill the position, and the employer has a right to hire a citizen of Egypt. Family Sponsorship

Family sponsorship programs can also be used for immigration to Canada by the citizens of Egypt. To apply for the program, foreigners must have family members who are 18 and more years old permanent residents or citizens of Canada.

As a rule, Canadians sponsor their spouses, common-law and conjugal partners, children, parents, and grandparents who live in Egypt. A spouse, conjugal or common-law partner must be more than 18 years old and have a genuine relationship with a sponsor for immigration to Canada. Business Immigration to Canada from Egypt

Residents of Egypt with management or entrepreneurial work experience can apply for business immigration to Canada. For instance, the Provincial Entrepreneur Immigration Program allows foreigners to live in one of Canadian provinces or territories, except for Quebec. When citizens of Egypt want to apply for the program, they ought to fulfill the following requirements.
