The first ILSC language school was opened in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in 1991. Since then, the ILSC has become a world leader in language training. The schools are represented in 8 incredible locations around the world that include Vancouver, Toronto, and Montréal in Canada; New Delhi in India; and Brisbane, Melbourne Sydney, and Adelaide in Australia.
The Language School is the largest and longest-running of ILSC Education Group’s divisions and offers language training programs to students from more than 100 countries. Other ILSC divisions include Language Training for Business, Colleges, Teacher Training, and Continuing Education.

The ILSC Language Schools offer more than 130 programs and courses that allow students to progress through 10 levels of language skills. Students can build individual study schedules combining topics and subjects that match their personal interests, goals, and dreams. The ILSC approach guarantees its students maximum flexibility.
Students must be at least 16 years old to join the general studies and most specialty programs, and some courses and programs require a specific language level. Usually, it takes eight weeks to complete one academic level. At the end of every four-week session, students get a Progress Report. It assesses student performance in class: speaking skills, grammar skills, tests, homework, quizzes. At the end of their studies, students receive certificates of completion and additional certificates for most specialty programs upon successful completion of program requirements.
The ILSC offers core and elective courses. The core courses help students to focus on developing key language skills. Elective courses explore unique topics that match individual interests. Every four weeks students get an opportunity to customize their learning plan by choosing and adding new courses. The School's Prepackaged Programs are ideal for students who want to achieve specific goals, enter a university or college, or get a specific qualification or pass a specific language exam.
The ILSC University Pathway Program helps students to join a top college or university. All the courses are designed to attain language level requirements, improve vital post-secondary skills, and offer seamless placement into a huge network of amazing international partner schools. The ILSC University Pathway has supported over 6,000 students and developed a global network of more than 150 partners with the largest Masters Degree Partner list - 75+ Masters and Ph.D. programs.
Students can complete ILSC pre-registration before they arrive, and start classes from the first day. They get help to apply to partner schools and access academic counselors in multiple languages for extra support. MyILSC application allows them to keep track of their grades, attendance, and timetable. Intensive training for lecture comprehension, note-taking, research, and academic discussion is also a part of the Pathway Program.
Campus tours, partner visits, and one-on-one guidance sessions to choose the right partner school are available for the applicants. Admission support service with up to 3 school applications is offered for free. It is worth mentioning, that the ILSC Pathway Program students join one of 150+ partner schools without IELTS or TOEFL tests.

ILSC Accommodation options vary depending on the location: Vancouver, Toronto, New Delhi, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide. Typically, students have a choice to live independently or stay with a family. Most of the locations are situated between 40-60 minutes traveling distance from the school. Homestay families provide clean, comfortable, private rooms, equipped with desks and good lighting. All of the homestay families are approved by the ILSC Student Accommodation Department
