Programs available at College include the following: Service Excellence for Business or Business Communication, Busines Administration, Sales, and Marketing, and Health Care Administration. Credit Transfer programs have become available too. Service Excellence for Business program combines courses in Leadership, Hospitality, Event Planning, Human Resources, and Sales with the English language courses. The program has a Co-op option, that guarantees 24 weeks of working experience on the position of a customer service professional: sales representative or ambassador, retail sales, barista, reception, or hotel front desk service.

Another College program in Service Excellence is Business Communication. The program allows students to earn a Canadian diploma or certificate together with real work experience during Co-op practice. Full-time students have up to 20 working hours per week during their studies. The courses covered within the program include Language Foundations for Business, English Skills Development, Professional Presentation Skills, Canadian Workplace Essentials, and others.
Sales and Marketing Diploma Program at College prepares students for a career in a dynamic and diverse sphere of sales marketing. The duration of the program varies from 52 to 94 weeks and can include a Co-op component with 100% guaranteed job placement. The curriculum of the Sales and Marketing program is focused on the following courses: Organizational and Consumer Behavior, Working Across Cultures, Project Management, Professional Sales, Digital Marketing, Integrated Brand Promotion, Professional Communication, and others.
ILAC College Diploma in Business Administration prepares learners for a number of business-related careers. Students are introduced to Accounting and Business Management, Business Math, Analytics for Business Decisions, and Digital Marketing.
Health Care Administration program at College is attractive to those who wish to pursue a career in medical practice, dental clinic, or other healthcare settings. Students will learn a wide range of disciplines related to different aspects of healthcare administration: Health Care Communication, Health Care Administration, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control, Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology, Introduction to Medical Delivery Systems, Digital Marketing for Health Care, Health Care Administration Simulation, 21st Century Customer Service for Health Care Professionals.
Students also have opportunities to explore the roles and responsibilities of a Health Care Administrator during 40 weeks of Co-op experience. The entry-level positions available for practice include medical office assistant or secretary, wellness clinic assistant, medical administrative assistant, ward clerk, patient registration assistant, medical admitting assistant. Job-placement during Co-op is guaranteed by ILAC International College.
Credit Transfer and University Pathway programs are available with a large number of ILAC College partners: Douglas College, Vancouver Community College, Georgian College, Yorkville University, and others. University Pathway program is focused on the development of English language skills and the preparation of students for further education at public Canadian colleges and universities. The duration of the program varies from 8 to 12 weeks needed for the achievement of a TOEFL iBT score of 90 or higher. ILAC College Pathways are available both in Toronto and Vancouver.
