Homestay. We will choose and contact best candidates with perfect options of living on your behalf and find their guest room availability and after your confirmation, will reserve homestay room till your arrival in Canada. Also before you arrival, we will introduce your selected host family and welcome you to Canada after your arrival, if you booked an airport pick up service. International Experience Club are dealing with most high schools, colleges and universities in Canada and students find our homestay suitable and friendly for their stay. Most homestays within Vancouver is in betweeen $800-$900 per month, and in Toronto, it's about $850 - $1000 per month. Our homestays usually provide 2-3 meals per day for 5-7 days per week. The rooms are all furnished and wifi is provided. The cost includes all utilities and hydro as well. These information are all provided within the homestay proposal.

Custodianship. If you are a prospective student in Canada under age of 18 or 19( depending on province), you will be required a custodian, a person who will be responsible for you, during your stay in Canada, in order to obtain your study permit and visa by Citizenship and Immigration Canada(CIC). You can check the official website here. International Experience Club has a great network of legal and official approved custodians in all over Canada and can provide you one of them for your safety and convenient stay in Canada, and of course for study permit purposes. Before your arrival, we will provide all contacts and background information about your future custodian in Canada, in order student and their parents will rely on reliable person, who can solve any possible problems or inconveniences, which may arise in new country during future stay.

Student Residence-Vancouver. There are several housing options for students, who study in Vancouver. All buildings are fully furnished and rates includes utilities, wireless internet and weekly housekeeping for common areas. There are 2 types of accommodation.

1) Shared Condo/apartment for students. There are about 4-8 students, sharing a spacious condo unit. Students can choose a shared( max 2 students) or private bedrooms and they will share a kitchen and 1-3 bathrooms with the other students in the same condo unit. The minimum reservation is one month. A) Economy -Shared, two twin beds-$950 CAD per month B) Premium-Private, one twin bed-$1150 CAD per month.2)Hotel-based  apartment. Students can rent a private studio suite with a private bathroom. We offer nightly/weekly and monthly rates. This option is also perfect for a family, couples and business travellers. A) 1 Queen bed and 2 Double beds ( no kitchenette) $1750 CAD per month ; B)2 Double beds or 1 King bed with kitchenette $1850 CAD per month.

Student Residence-Toronto.  In this residence you will enjoy newly renovated accommodations near from you school, nightlife and endless social and cultural options. This kind of accommodation is more than just an appartment for rent in the heart of downtown- it is true student living, offering a full set of luxirous amenities to complete a well-rounded lifystyle. All types of accommodation there have great views of downtown Toronto and fully furnished, Wifi and TV signal included, suite heating and air-conditioning, electronic locks and locking bedroom, monitored fire alarms and sprinklers. Luxury penthouse suites are also available. As for the community features, also will be included: on-site dining program ( all inclusive meal), 24 hours fitness centre with private yoga space, social lounge, gaming space with billiards and video games, 24- hour secure entry and electronic keyfob controls, secured bycyle storage, community kitchens, card-operated laundry center, out-door activity space, private meeting and study rooms, social events for residents and friends, 24-hour on-site management and underground in-building parking available.
