International students in full-time career programs are eligible to work part-time, up to 20 hours per week during their studies, and full-time during program breaks. They are also allowed to apply for Post-Graduation Work Permit after completing a full-time Certificate, Diploma, or Degree program of eight months or longer at Vancouver Community College according to the Canadian Citizenship and Immigration norms.
